The program involved inviting the best students in Bocconi’s Master’s Degrees in finance – about 200 students – to participate on a voluntary basis in an assessment organised in two stages.
Students were engaged through a site and on a voluntary basis enrolled (about 50 percent) in an initial test on Stra-Le Academy made with advanced e-learning technologies.
The top 24 students, organised in six teams, participated in the Business Game Asso Management one-day event at Bocconi.
In this way, Crédit Agricole CIB verified, based on its own needs, the skills of the best finance students to build up a data base to draw from when employment opportunities arise.
The result was a broad voluntary participation in a challenging assessment, the establishment of a valuable database for Crédit Agricole CIB, and bringing the best students closer to the company (the best ones were invited by the CEO to live a day in the company).
