What is

Every day in the world 247 billion Emails are sent, one every 0.00000035 seconds. In the time of reading this sentence, 20 billion Emails entered the network. Emails equivalent to 16,000 copies of Shakespeare’s entire work are written every second.

To whom is it addressed?

The Effective Writing course is intended for all personnel who, as part of their work, use written communication consistently and continuously. The course can be appropriately adapted to the specific needs of certain professional categories such as Managers, Middle Managers, Operators etc.

The ability to communicate effectively is critical to having quality job performance in any context and for any role.

Therefore, interpersonal communication is treated as “competence” in its complexity of knowledge, skill and attitude.

Methodology

The full course takes place over 2 days but can be delivered in one day by selecting topics of interest (e.g., just Email management).

  • The proposed working method for this seminar involves involving participants in a process that focuses on experience through the use of self-cases.
  • Therefore, a qualifying element is the experiential connotation of training activities and its connection with corporate life.
  • Classroom activities will be conducted according to a deductive teaching approach involving an initial phase of presentation of theories and techniques, followed by an experience phase.

At the end of each exercise, the trainer will animate the debriefing by involving participants in analyzing the work done in order to bring out the positive elements and areas for improvement.
