What is

A very innovative course based on the Business Game Web Asso Management.Two days of high-intensity training on the topic of complexity, decision making and problem solving.

A two-day course based on Game Simulation to improve one’s decision-making effectiveness and ability to solve complex problems.

To whom is it addressed?

The course is aimed at managers and entrepreneurs who wish to improve their skills in complex problem solving and decision-making performance.

Goals

  • Improve the skills of:
    1. to tackle new problems by breaking free from predefined patterns and prejudices,

Methodology

The course consists of two consecutive classroom days. The common thread of the days will be the business game Web ASSO management.

Classrooms are made up of 8 to 16 people, and participants will be divided into groups, each group taking on the role of a board of directors of a contracting company. Management of the “digital” enterprise will take place by means of an Internet-connected PC or tablet available to each group. In addition to the business game, cases, role playing and other forms of active involvement will be covered in a training methodology that combines ‘ experience with theory.

All participants will be given a physical and digital handout of the course (accessible via Academy Stra-Le ).
