What is

Self-Efficacy Coaching is an online, high-impact, emotional journey that accompanies individuals and teams in (re)discovering the levers they need to strengthen to support their personal and professional effectiveness.

A pathway to change one’s limiting beliefs and develop new action strategies that are functional to the goals one intends to achieve.

Individuals and teams with a high level of self-efficacy:

  • They choose more challenging and ambitious goals and invest more effort to achieve them
  • They are subject to less stress for the same complexity of tasks and situations
  • Have the belief that they can have a positive impact on organizational performance


Self-Efficacy is a self-efficacy enhancement program designed to activate new energy for individual and organizational change.

The specific objectives are:

Developing awareness with respect to one’s own levels of effectiveness

Identifying mistaken self beliefs and blocking thoughts

Unlocking new energy and creativity

Experimenting with new modes of action

Strengthening the sense of self-mastery

The program

The course provides 4 online modules – of 4 hours each – of knowledgeGroupCoaching with the following focuses:

Group Coaching modules are alternated with two 1-to-1 meetings to deepen and consolidate individual learning.

Two complementary methodologies

The course opens with an introduction to what project management is and the role of the project manager.

The main dimensions of project management are then addressed:

Because the sharing process decreases individuals’ sense of loneliness, incentivizes confrontation, multiplies experiences and the possibility of receiving feedback, and shapes new behaviors.


Because individual interphase support provides a space for individualized reflection and keeps engagement high throughout the process, providing concrete support in any blockage/empasse moments.

Participants will have access to an online moodle based platform that will be the backbone of the course. Within the platform you will be able to:
