SQUARE simulates the management of a multinational enterprise with 3 very different business areas through the most important strategic levers for human capital management.
Immersed in a web-based platform, participants, divided into competing teams, are asked to make decisions regarding HR strategy to achieve important performance goals.
SQUARE contemplates all decisions related to people development and provides insight into central HR issues, including: performance management, talent retention, motivation….
