Teamblog is a ‘ training experience dedicated to team working and digital skills.
Participants, in the shoes of an editorial staff, experiment with group dynamics by creating a finished blog on issues aimed inside or outside the organization.
Each group (editorial staff) is involved in the creation of the blog with the design of text, images, graphics, etc.
The end result is a real blog aimed at the defined target audience.
Scalable from 4/5 groups to a maximum of 15/20 consisting of 5 to 12 people.
The duration of the workshop can vary from 2 hours to 1 full day depending on the scope.
Learning by doing, learning by thinking. Teamblog is based on these two high-impact principles for training. The main objective of the workshop is to develop the following skills:
Team working
all the dynamics of group work in a highly engaging real-world experience
Digital skills
The use of technological tools for the effective implementation of digital skills
Storytelling
stories as a persuasion tool to improve communication and influence skills
Creativity
The use of various creativity techniques directed toward a practical goal with an immediate result
Participants are divided into groups. Each group (editorial staff) must develop, in terms of narrative and images, a chapter of the subject matter of the work, taking into account the target readership being addressed, the goal of the blog, and the time available.
Output
The result of the work is a real blog, immediately ready.
Each blog page includes title, text, images.
In addition to the blog, depending on the time available and communication goals, pages can be made on the main social media: Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram or internal social.

The role Stra-Le
Participants are assisted in the creation of the blog by a team of Stra-Le consultants and trainers (appropriate to the number of participants to be led), supplemented by a team of professionals who may be illustrators, photographers, or others.
COACH STRA-LE
COACH STRA-LE

PROFESSIONALS
PROFESSIONALS
To make the blog more engaging and enrich the experience of the participants, a team of professionals (illustrators, photographers, or other) can be involved who:
They receive the brief from the groups
They make the images for the blog
The methodology is highly experiential: participants experience team working firsthand through an engaging and innovative activity.
The working method used to create the blog is storytelling.
5 questions to ask yourself to create a solid foundation on which to build a linear and engaging story:
- Who is the main character in the narrative?
- What happens in the story?
- When does the story told take place?
- Where does the story take place?
- Why does history happen? What is the moral?
