The course is designed to cultivate the presence of creativity within organizational contexts and work teams.
Creativity is a valuable resource for companies: today, the complexity of the working world demands continuous innovation to solve problems and make products and processes more competitive. And this is where creativity comes in: understood not as artistic talent, but as the ability to think outside the box and produce new ideas and solutions. A capacity that can be developed through techniques and methods established by science. No one is born creative: they become creative.

This course, structured in 5 modules, provides the theoretical foundations and practical tools to develop the creative potential of the individual and thus foster innovation at organizational level. Its purpose is to recognize creativity as a strategic advantage and adopt it within the organization.

    To whom is it addressed?

The ability to produce new solutions to work challenges is a useful asset at any seniority level, for any department and in any market sector. For this reason, the course is aimed at a very wide audience.
