What is

Through the viewing of some film clips, the skills needed for leadership are analyzed in an effective, concrete and entertaining way.

Leadership and Cinema: five movies for every competency

For each of the five competencies of the Stra-Le leadership model, actor and director Michele Bevilacqua will interpret the meaning of the selected competency through carefully chosen film clips. It was a performance that enhanced even more the content shown on the screen.

Leadership: our expert speaks

After viewing the competency through the cinematic point of view,one of our trainers,will explain and deepen the latter in the business context thus simplifying learning for strategic and operational leadership of the enterprise.

The capacity for vision must extend to include the potential that digital technologies offer businesses today in all their dimensions: internal as organizational tools, technologies and processes, and external to characterize the positioning of the enterprise.

Networking will be able to take advantage of the potential offered by various new digital media, seen both as a personal tool and at the company level.

Leadership and Wine: a perfect match

In this context, all training processes must adapt with original, emotional, evocative proposals that have been proven to be the most effective in terms of learning. After the cinema and the talk by our trainer there is the pairing of the characteristics of Leadership with the characteristics of great Italian wines.

A project as intriguing as it is original that deserved to be tested, and so, within its training course we find a space dedicated to Leadership-Wine pairing.

With the help of professional Sommeliers, a tasting course of 5 great Italian wines matched with the 5 key characteristics is designed. Debriefing the participating managers, with the support of the Stra-le consultant after each tasting and after the sommelier’s explanations,opens up surprising insights.
